My name is Dave Snyder. WeBeFast.com is a new project of
ours that has allowed you to receive in home professional service on major
appliances much faster then normal or traditional methods have in the
past. With over thirty years in the
appliance service business I have developed a standard which I hope each of the
service technicians and support staff meet when helping you.
When I was the sole service technician of the company it was
easy to know when a service job wasn't meeting the customer's hopes and
expectations. Customers only had to dial the phone number and WOW! they got to
talk to the owner. In today's market it is very hard to stay a
small, well trained, and reasonably priced company.
About four years ago I began to develop a team of professionals
who could correctly train new technicians and attract experienced ones. Today
we are getting ready to set up our eighth service technician and are training
more each year.
So as I am moving from the daily service of our customers to
overseeing the training and development of your next service technician, I
wanted a way for you to contact the owner. I personally see every comment sent
and will assign a personal assistant that will contact you today or tomorrow. When my personal assistant contacts you, they
will have my authority to solve your problem right away. And because I see every message sent to us, I
personally assure you, we'll do everything we can to give you a quality
experience, at a fair price, and in a reasonable time frame.
